建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定土壤中戊唑醇、腈菌唑、腈苯唑、氟硅唑、三唑酮、丙环唑、烯唑醇、苯醚甲环唑8种杀菌剂残留量的方法。采用QuEChERS样品前处理方法对土壤样品进行提取、净化和富集,用电喷雾离子源、正负离子扫描,以多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定性和定量分析。在优化的实验条件下,8种杀菌剂的质量浓度在0.01~0.50 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积均成良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995,方法检出限为0.005~0.010 mg/kg。样品平均加标回收率为85.6%~102.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.6%~13.2%(n=5)。该方法操作简便,灵敏度和准确度高,满足土壤中戊唑醇等8种杀菌剂残留量的测定要求。 相似文献

DNA‐modified lanthanide‐doped upconversion nanoparticles (DNA‐UCNPs) that combine the functions of DNA and the optical features of UCNPs have shown great promise in a wide range of fields. However, challenges remain in precisely tethering and orienting the DNA strands on the UCNP surface. Herein, we systematically investigate the sequence dependence of DNAs in their interactions with UCNPs, and reveal that poly‐cytosine (poly‐C) has high affinity for the UCNP surface. A general approach to synthesize monodispersed DNA‐UCNP conjugates is developed using poly‐C‐containing diblock DNA strands. The poly‐C segment of the DNA strand binds to the surfaces of UCNPs and the second segment is oriented perpendicularly on the UCNP surface, making the DNA‐UCNPs highly stable and monodispersed in aqueous solution. The dense layer of DNA on the UCNP surface enables the programmable assembly of UCNPs with other DNA‐functionalized nanoparticles or DNA origamis through hybridization, resulting in the formation of well‐organized complex structures. 相似文献

The novel visible-light-activated La/I/TiO2 nanocomposition photocatalyst was successfully synthesized using precipitation-dipping method, and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-vis DRS). The photocatalytic activity of La/I/TiO2 was evaluated by studying photodegradation of reactive blue 19 as a probe reaction under simulated sunlight irradiation. Photocatalytic experiment results showed that the maximum specific photocatalytic activity of the La/I/TiO2 photocatalyst appeared when the molar ratio of La/Ti was 2.0 at%, calcined at 350 °C for 2 h, due to the sample with good crystallization, high BET surface area and small crystal size. Under simulated sunlight irradiation, the degradation of reactive blue 19 aqueous solution reached 98.6% in 80 min, which showed La/I/TiO2 photocatalyst to be much higher photocatalytic activity compared to standard Degussa P25 photocatalyst. In order to investigate the trap level distribution in polymer films, a new method is proposed based on modified thermally stimulated current (TSC) theory and numerical calculation of the TSC measurement. In this method, a new function is defined to weight the contribution of every trap level to the external current. The demarcation energy is used to study the trap emptying process. The modified TSC theory shows that only the electrons with trap levels very close to the demarcation energy can significantly contribute to the external circuit at any instant temperature. Based on this method, the trap level distribution of the DuPont original polyimide film 100HN and nanocomposite polyimide film 100CR are investigated as an application example. The effectiveness of the method is confirmed by the experiments. The experimental results show that the trap level density in the 100CR PI films is about six times larger than that in the 100HN PI films through the investigated trap level ranges 06–1.3 eV. The increased traps in 100CR should be introduced by nanofillers, probably come from the interfaces formed between nanofillers and the polymer matrix. 相似文献

Oleic acid stabilized superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPION) were selected as the cores for fabrication of sub‐50‐nm monodisperse single‐loaded SPION@SiO2 core–shell nanostructures. Parameters that influence the formation of SPION@SiO2 in the water‐in‐oil reverse microemulsion system have been systematically investigated. The sufficiently high concentration of well‐dispersed SPION, together with an appropriately low injection rate of tetraethoxysilane, were found to be the keys to efficiently prevent the homogeneous nucleation of silica and obtain a high‐quality single‐loaded core–shell nanocomposite. A more detailed mechanism for incorporating oleic acid capped inorganic functional nanoparticles into silica is proposed on the basis of previous reports and our new experimental results. Finally, the as‐synthesized SPION@SiO2 nanospheres are exploited as an MRI‐enhanced contrast agent, and their contrast effect in solution is tested by using a clinical MRI instrument. 相似文献

In this paper, we focus on the problem of solving large-scale instances of the linear sum assignment problem by auction algorithms.
We introduce a modified auction algorithm, called look-back auction algorithm, which extends the forward auction algorithm
by the ability of reusing information from previous bids. We show that it is able to reuse information from the previous bids
with high efficiency for all tested types of input instances. We discuss then the design and implementation of a suite of
sequential and distributed memory auction algorithms on a Linux cluster with the evaluation on several types of input instances
of the linear sum assignment problem. Our results show that the look-back auction algorithm solves sequentially nearly all
types of dense instances faster than other evaluated algorithms and it is more stable than the forward-reverse auction algorithm
for sparse instances. Our distributed memory auction algorithms are fully memory scalable.

Optimal conditions for a general Ni‐catalysed Negishi cross‐coupling of alkyl zinc halides with aryl, heteroaryl and alkenyl halides have been determined. These conditions allow the reaction to take place smoothly, with low catalyst loading, and in the presence of a wide variety of functional groups to afford products in good yields at room temperature. DFT studies on the mechanism support the occurrence of a catalytic cycle involving transmetalation of the alkyl zinc halide to NiI followed by oxidative addition of the haloarene and C? This paper reports two new coordination polymers formed by carboxylate-substituted benzoimidazole and formate ligands: [Mn(L)·(HCO2)]n (1) and [Co(L)·(HCO2)]n (2) (L = benzoimidazol-1-yl-acetate). Com-plexes 1 and 2 are isomorphous and adopt a new 3,6-connected three-nodal topology showing inter-esting magnetic properties: spin canted antiferromagnetism for MnⅡ complex 1, but simple antiferro-magnetic coupling for CoⅡ complex 2. 相似文献

The detection of hydrogen peroxide is detailed using horseradish peroxidase and anthraquinone. Both species are immobilized on a glassy carbon electrode substrate. This dual immobilization gives rise to lower detection limits compared with the situation when either of the species is immobilized.
